Advance Parole, CIS form I-131 (travel document)

Effective June 1, 2002, All I-131 Advance Parole applications are to be mailed to:

Citizenship and Immigration Services
P. O. Box A3462
Chicago, Illinois 60690-3462
Attention: Advance Parole

The application must have photocopies of the following documentation attached:

proof of legal entry (I-94 and/or passport)
proof of filing for Adjustment of Status (receipt)
proof of current status in the United States (Family Unitv, Legalization, or TPS)
$110.00 in money order or cashier's check
two photographs
print daytime telephone number next to signature

Failure to follow instructions and provide all required documentation may result in the denial or delay of your application for advance parole.

You will receive a notice within 30 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) in response to your application.
