I-131 Advance Parole applications are to be mailed

The application must have
photocopies of the following documentation
attached:
proof of legal entry (I-94
and/or passport)
proof of filing for
Adjustment of Status (receipt)
proof of
current status in the United States (Family Unitv, Legalization, or
TPS)
$110.00 in money order or cashier's
check
two
photographs
print daytime telephone number
next to signature
Failure to follow
instructions and provide all required documentation may result in the denial or
delay of your application for advance
parole.
